Channels The routes used by a company to distribute its products or services to the customers. For example, wholesalers, retailers, online etc.

Classification of Goods and Services All goods and services included in trademark applications are classified by the United States Patents and Trademarks Office according to an international system.
Co-Branding The combination of two or more brands for marketing purposes usually done to stengthen one another's preference or purchase intentions, or to reach a broader audience.

Collateral Materials Supportive marketing materiall developed by the licensee and approved by the licensor which aid in marketing licensed merchandise.
Copyright Exclusive legal rights granted to the creator of original intellectual, literary or artistic work.
Copyright Infringement The unauthorized use of material that is covered by copyright law, in a manner that violates one of the copyright owner's exclusive rights, such as the right to reproduce or perform the copyright work, or to make derivative works.
Copyright Mark, © The symbol used to denote that a work is protected by a Copyright.
Cross-Collateralization A particular royalty fee spreading across multiple products.
